How do we make conventions great again?

What should we do to make conventions great again? I think we should ban politics, leave your beef with others at home, stop bullying others out of their hobbies because you do not like them. I been going to cons since 2012. Last decade in my experience was way better. Today they are too political, woke and not fun.
