Lot of industry game and designers are toxic bullies.

In my field In tech, space, gaming and story telling and designing. I tried making friends and meeting new people but they were all far left, toxic, bullies, sexists and racists. I felt alone and outcasted in my own field and hobbies. I called out their toxic racial and sexist behavior several times. Nothing was done about it. I went to studios, venues and companies complaining about their environment and influencing employers who bully others they disagree with and their world view. They disrespected me, my country and others which violates and go against your venue and company rules. That not a good look to have ok people like that working for your brand.
