Pop culture venues, NYCC double standards and toxic problem

I think that most venues, NYCC Reedpop San Diego and other big events and whatever have a toxic problem. If my studio and I got removed over false slandering, bullying and toxic behavior why not invited guests, those who support the doc politics or ifeaooofy, using fould language? My studio and I were getting popular and someone made raise claims over our costume, props, my sex, race and looks. They never got removed. My costume, sex and race were not violating others. Also they got offended because I was a white skin American male, I did sci-fi military and I was popular. I saw others had nudity, political symbols, terrorists symbols, sex symbols, anti Jewish and American language at your events. They were not removed or suspended. I feel there are double standards. As a disabled and deaf creator I was offended a few times by other peers, competitors and language toward me and others. Cosplay not consent was aimed one way not all ways. It was biased racial and political. You had guests saying slurs to others which is bad business.
