Why are we never invited? Is it because we are not the current narrative culture?

We been soling to nycc and big cons for 10 years now or more. We never ever get fair treatment and invited. We try making peace, we get good amount of views. We create and know what people want. I think we are being discriminated against. They talk about how disabled and diversity inclusive they are. We never see it. We get yelled at when asked questions s, ignored and walked on. Even asking how to get business access which we are a business we know people get invited. We had bullied get invited and not us. See tried making peace with them. No one want to help either side. When we ask question why no one answers their emails. So much for diversity they talk about.
