Applications based are bad for venues contests and events.

In our experience applications are biased, racists and decoys. They weed out actual creativity and creative minds. In comic and gaming cons they been used to dox people they disagree with and blacklost. We saw this first hand in the last couple years. We got strange calls after some events because we were unhappy about the selections. We called out some people and biased applications processing and picking. They the ones themselves who say all are welcome and diversity matters in their bio and stuff. The convention scene got very radical and not fun to be part of.

I been calling out the processing since and calling it unfair and biased. It was once for jobs now it being used in gaming, anime and comic conventions to see who have similar likes and backgrounds. We were different so they removed and denied us. In 2015-2025 we been rejected opppruboties and big contests because we did not fit their shared views of the hosts and their friends contestants. They blacklisted and removed us from the show which is illegal and against human rights in some ways. Applications are being used to bully, harass and dox people they disagree with. Applications should go away if you ask me.
